1. Unwavering Stoicism When faced with crisis or turbulence, embody the wall’s calm, unyielding presence. This is not indifference; it is the deliberate choice to show patience, tolerance, and resilience while the turbulent phase passes. A team should look to you in a storm and find a leader who is anchored, not agitated.
2. Silent Awareness A leader must possess keen, silent observance. The wall registers every crack, every shift in the foundation, and every layer of paint, yet it remains still. Keep a constant, quiet watch over your domain. Your team needs to trust that you are acutely aware of the challenges and progress around them, without feeling subjected to constant, intrusive scrutiny.
